Eye of the Tiger: workout 1-2-2011

New tag, this is mainly for me to track my workouts. It will also force me to do it because if I'm posting, and no workout that means I'm slacking off. No words for these just my workout.

Bench: 175lbs 8 reps X 4 sets
4 way arms: 10 lbs 5 reps X 4 sets
curl bar: 25 lbs 8 reps X 4 sets
triceps: 35 lbs 12 reps X 4 sets
upright rows: 25lb 8 reps X 4 sets

Elliptical: 45 minutes manual mode 5.4 miles
